The vertical underground world can be just the opposite to most people’s perception of what caving is. With the new LED technology it doesn’t even get dark.

Learn the basics of ascending and descending a rope, understand the correct use of equipment and develop your SRT technique with one of our expert instructors. Classic Vertical Trips

If you don’t want to deal with the complications of ropes then you can still experience the wonders of the vertical world the “Old School” way using ladders and lifeline or maybe you would like to take a trip through the Easgill system ... perhaps a classic through trip like Top Sink to Lancaster Hole, a physically demanding journey - prepare to get muddy!! This is a very rewarding experience with a visit to some beautiful and fragile formations
